It’s been a while since going back alone to Belgium and waiting for my wife to come over from Indonesia. The last time I saw my wife was mid April. In the meantime it was only possible to see each other digitally. So while I’m writing this it has been almost 4 months that we are apart. To be reunited we need a visa type D. But because of the corona measures the Belgian embassy in Jakarta wasn’t allowed to process visas.
Thank God the Belgian government is allowing these kind of visas again since August 3rd. So we are in the process of applying for the visa and praying for a speedy process.
